2027 Healthcare Project Delivery Conference

The Healthcare Project Delivery Conference focuses on tools available to facility administrators and developers evaluating healthcare capital investment. The agenda explores innovative approaches with a specific emphasis on procurement, financing, planning, design, construction, and operations. The two-day program will showcase upcoming projects and RFP opportunities; present best practices for traditional and alternative project delivery; and provide valuable networking opportunities for industry leaders, developers, owners, and healthcare administrators.

We examine infrastructure challenges faced by providers nationwide; and how new approaches to procurement, risk, planning, and asset management are helping healthcare facility operators deliver critical projects.

The program explores alternative delivery methods, how to plan successful integrated project delivery initiatives, best practices in selecting partners, and steps to take to ensure your projects are delivered on time and budget.

Project Delivery Fundamentals

Sessions designed for those who are new to alternative project delivery. Learn which procurement models may work for your facility projects, and what considerations must be made when evaluating different project routes.

Keynotes

Hear how providers have successfully brought their key facility projects to completion. Hospital leaders walk us through the history of their projects, upgrades, lessons learned, and upcoming developments.

Project Delivery Workshops

Alternative project delivery models may be a combination of design, construction, financing, O&M, and more. Over two dozen panel sessions we discuss the key issues that owners must consider when conducting a project procurement.

Market Soundings

Interactive conversations on critical project delivery topics and project feasibility. These conversations are meant to be informal, candid exchanges where participants can ask their questions and concerns, share project details, experiences, and network.

Project Showcase Sessions

Providers discuss their system’s approach to project selection and development.  Presenters will share how they assess project feasibility, risk, and financing; review partner qualifications, and develop long-range facility plans.

Best Practices Panel Sessions

Over 20+ panels focused on best practices, strategies, and lessons learned. Hear experienced panelists speak to every stage of the project delivery process. Presenters share guidance, recommendations, and frank talk from those who have led successful collaborations.

Our audience of healthcare facility managers, administrators, construction, architecture, and design professionals provides a unique opportunity to network with design-build experts, project owners, and prospective partners in a development focused forum. 

The conference provides two days of networking functions: including receptions, round table sessions, meals, 1 on 1’s areas, and specific industry events designed for you to connect with speakers, facility representatives, project owners, industry peers, A/E/C professionals, and prospective partners. 

Conference delegates will be able to interact with industry leaders and project owners in a relaxed social setting, as well as meet with some of our presenters, sponsors, and event partners.

The Exhibition Hall is one of our central meeting points for all attendees during the event where we will also host meals and receptions.  Attendees are encouraged to setup one-on-one, pre-scheduled, or private appointments with participants.
