Call for Abstracts

Abstract Submission Deadline: Friday, September 26, 2025

The 2026 Healthcare Project Delivery Conference is now accepting abstracts! This year’s theme, Capital Rx: Delivering Healthcare Infrastructure That Works, focuses on how healthcare leaders and partners are aligning capital strategy with innovative project delivery to meet rising demand, financial constraints, and patient-centered care goals.

We invite submissions from hospital and health system executives, academic medical institutions, developers, design and construction professionals, investors, and advisors. The program will showcase capital projects and forward-looking delivery models that reflect today’s most pressing infrastructure needs, innovative strategies, and real-world constraints.

Suggested Topics Include:

  • Project Case Studies: Facilities that demonstrate new approaches to delivery, financing, or partnership (including P3s, IPD, Lean, or hybrids)
  • Behavioral Health Infrastructure: Facilities designed for mental wellness, including trauma-informed and biophilic approaches
  • Medical Center Replacement Projects: Planning, phasing, and delivering large-scale redevelopments
  • Academic Medical Centers: Capital investment strategies and project delivery lessons
  • Designing for Flexibility: Adaptable spaces that support multiple service lines and long-term change
  • Modular and Prefabricated Construction: Cost and time benefits, implementation best practices
  • Technology and Smart Infrastructure: Digital twin modeling, facility data strategies, and tech-enabled delivery
  • Financing and Capital Planning: Creative structures to unlock investment and manage risk
  • Sustainability and Resiliency: Strategies to future-proof healthcare infrastructure
